You agree to waive and release Doggie Bliss Dog Walking, Mar Vista Farmers’ Market, and their agents or representatives from any claims for injury, loss, or death of your pet(s) while in the care of Doggie Bliss at the Farmers Market.

You must provide a photo ID matching the name signed below at the time of drop-off and pick-up. Doggie Bliss retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
